1. Platform Service Nature
Bhartiya Bazar is a connection discovery and listing marketplace. Customers connect directly with verified independent contractors, service technicians, emergency mechanics, and agencies across India.
2. Direct Customer-Provider Billing
Service fees, diagnostic charges, labor costs, and material payments are agreed upon directly between the customer and the chosen service provider. Any dispute regarding service quality, warranties, or refunds must be resolved directly with the hired service provider according to their individual estimate and service invoice.
3. Provider Subscription or Verification Fees
If a service provider opts into premium badge verification or priority listing subscriptions, refund requests initiated within 48 hours of payment prior to document review initiation will be processed minus administrative processing charges. Once background check and verification documents are processed, verification fees are non-refundable.
